Just had my shower.. felt sO refreshing and clean now..

Last minute bbq turned out really well, surprisingly.
Headed to Pasir Ris Beach at about 1030am ..

After Bbq-ing, Cik zain, Cik aMran, Cik aNa & my two

young cuzzens joined us for cycling..

The weather was cloudy and windy at first but it went scorching hot..

i was sweating and felt warm over my whole body..

we then had our dinner at sheikh,

So i ate half plate of Nasi pattaya and a bowl of Ice Kachang..

Im craving for coconut...

i never nOticed that a cOconut tree do look beautiful uh.. ;p

Lontong goreng black pepper wiv bbq chicken.. highly recommended to ol.. lol!

eventhOugh attachment had just over, i shOuld have come out to play but instead been staying at hOme for the past 2 days..

im having troubled in mobilizing and the reason was because im suffering from this pain somewhere around my left waist or should i say kidney..

i cant really move about too much, turn to my left or trying to get up either from sitting or in a supine(lying)position..cos it will cause me a painful sensation as if my kidney is gonna drop and to make the matter worse iM having my 1st dysmenorrhea ..

& currently iM trying to think less about the pain by doing some online shopping, online transaction, updating my friendster, and changing my blogger layout..

hopefully the pain will gO ...
